Well, I don't have a whole bunch of time this week, just been real busy. But this week we taught a BUNCH of plan of Salvation lessons to those we are teaching and members that we have dinner appointments with. There was one that we taught that I think is worth mentioning. It was to Sharon and Josh who are on baptismal date for next month and they had both been raised in different faiths but had some friends that gave them a book of mormon and invited them to church. So we taught them the Plan of Salvation and they just kept saying, "this makes so much sense!" And, "why wasn't I raised in this church?!" So it was really cool! They both understood it and knew that it was true. Gosh, I love the Plan of Salvation so much! It's also great when you have people like Josh and Sharon to teach!
So we were having trouble getting into contact with one of the people we are teaching named Caitlin because she started a new job and was ignoring our messages. But she came to church with her two daughters and this is kinda what happened: her boyfriend doesn't really want us coming over to the house anymore because he is antisocial and feels like he has to hide in his room when we come over, and she has not been reading the book of mormon like she knows she should so she felt bad and didn't want to face it, and every time we go over there she is at work. But she still came to church! She told her daughters, "we haven't gone in two weeks we need to go!" So they came and it was awesome! The lesson was perfectly what she needed to hear and she told us that they are cutting her hours so she will be able to meet with us and we can meet when her boyfriend is not there! So it was real good to see her at church and our fasting for the people we were teaching really paid off! So that's a cool thing that happened. This week is the last full week of the transfer and it's going to be a super busy one at that! It's flying by super fast, but I still got a while to go! Anyways, life is good and Miracles happen! I love youins! Have a week!
