Elder Stephen Matthew Ray: Our neighbor broke into our house, then we moved

Hey there everyone!

Yes. Our neighbor broke into our house. His name is Jared and he is one of the people we are teaching. But he only did it because we asked him to haha! We accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment on Wednesday and we asked him if he knew how to pick a lock, but he just took a credit card and opened our door for us! He's a super awesome guy! On Tuesday we went to Zone conference which was amazing as always! We went to chick-fil-a afterwards which was the cherry on top! We also had to move this week. Let me tell you that was NOT fun. It took two whole days just to clean and move everything to our new apartment and now our new apartment is just covered in stuff with no home. To top that off, our washer and dryer stopped working while my clothes were in it. So I took the clothes out and had to wash them in a tub then let them air dry. That was not a fun experience either. But we did go to a cool "Rock House" and Cumberland falls this week so that made it better! This week was very stressful and frustrating but I'm sure it was all for the better!

Because we moved and had zone conference we barely had any time to do actual missionary work. All we had was Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday to do things. But we were able to find 2 new people that were interested, one of them seems super promising, and then we had a person we are teaching named Nestor come to church this week! His first language is spanish so I'm not sure how much he understands of what we teach, but he is friendly and willing to learn about this for himself! We also have 2 fluent spanish speakers in the branch and they seemed to help out a lot! This is definitely one of the weeks I've had all year. I love you all!
