This week was pretty fun! I went on exchange with Elder Lamoreaux this week after zone conference. Both of which were super awesome! In zone conference we had trainings about pleasing God and not man, and then I sang I believe in Christ and Hermana Whiting accompanied for me! The spirit was so strong there, it was amazing! On the exchange with Elder Lamoreaux we did service at the Audubon State Park helping with the annual Fishing derby! We measured fish that kids caught and threw them back and helped fix fishing poles. It was super fun but also exceedingly warm. Two of the kids caught turtles with their fishing poles on accident! One was a baby snapping turtle, it was pretty funny!
Our investigator Brittnay, the now ex atheist, is doing super well! She has come to church many times and knows that God exists! She can recognize the spirit and it is awesome to see how much she is progressing! I don't know if I told y'all about Ricky but he missed his last appointment because he lost his phone. We saw him at the bowling alley today and talked to him and we have a lesson with him tomorrow! Madisonville is a pretty big town! I like it! Happy Father's day to all you dad's out there! God is our Father and he loves each and every one of us! I love y'all and miss yall!
Love,
Elder Stephen Ray
