Hello everybody!
This week was pretty good! My mom sent me a recipe for Cafe Rio pulled pork a few months ago and I finally got around to using it! It took 18 hours to cook, but it was SOO GOOD! Thanks mom! Elder Hales and I did a lot of service this week. We painted one of our investigator's houses. Her name is Tang, she's pretty cool! We went to St. Vincent and Salvation Army and volunteered there. We helped a guy we've talked to in the past move yesterday, we were just driving by and saw a couch hanging off of his balcony so we just stopped and helped him out. We also mowed brother and sister Young's ditch..... yup, we mowed a ditch. apparently in Kentucky they have to mow like, every week because things grow so fast here. I'm glad I live in Arizona. I also have to give a talk this Sunday too, so that's cool. While tracting we also found this super big black dog. The people weren't interested, but the said we could take a picture with their dog!
We had one of our investigators, Brittnay come to church this week. We would have had three, but we accidentally messed up the ride situation so they weren't able to come this week. Next week we will get them here though! We found 11 new investigators this week, but most of them are pretty iffy. We will see if anything comes from any of them! I'm doing fine out here, just melting a little. The church is true! Hope y'all are doing good too! Love you's!
