And thus we see that the commandments of God must be fulfilled. And if it so be that the children of men keep the commandments of God he doth
nourish them, and strengthen them, and provide means whereby they can accomplish the thing which he has commanded them; 1 Nephi 17:3

Why hello there beautiful people!

What a great week to be alive! So this past Friday and Saturday we had a mini MTC for the youth in the Elizabethtown stake! It was so much fun! The youth came to the stake center and got companions and we were each assigned to a companionship! I was with Elder Wright and Calbert from Glasgow and Bardstown! They're pretty cool. Then we split off into our different areas. I was assigned to the Tokyo, Japan mission. So we went there and had some good and also some really gross Japanese food! We gave trainings and did activities to help them prepare for a mission! They slept over at members houses and then the next day they came with us to teach people all around Etown and Bardstown. It was so cool! 10/10 would do again!

This week some of the people we are teaching were sick with the flu, so that wasn't good, so yesterday we had ward conference and on one person we were teaching showed up, but it's alright! We had a linger longer afterwards and it was packed! There were so many people from the ward and stake there and soooo much good food! It was great! Later that night we had a sweet lesson with Patrick! We taught him the plan of salvation and used a whiteboard and drew it out for him! He took a picture of it for reference! I just love him so much! I love everybody here! He is working towards being baptized in April! Prayers for him and for the other people we are teaching (specifically Gary, Daniel, and Olivia) would be appreciated! The Lord is so good! Miracles happen! I love you all! Have a fantastic week!

Love,
