Hiya y'all
This week was pretty dandy I reckon. We had zone conference on Tuesday which is always fun! Especially the 2 hour trip to Louisville.... We left Elder Pedersen in Louisville where he will finish out his mission in another trio. We broke out the bikes this week and have been doing a whole lot of that! I've seen that we find more people to talk to and more things to do when we use the bikes more than the car, which makes sense, there are a lot more people to talk to on the sidewalk than in our car going from place to place...
We went to Arnie's (one of the people we are teaching that committed to baptism) for a lesson on Wednesday, but he was a little late, so we ended up waiting for him for 45 minutes, and then when he got there, he told us that Joseph Smith might be a prophet, but he just wasn't ready to change churches just yet. We told him we would try back in 2 months to see how he was doing, but it was sad to see him reject the gospel. He had probably the most potential out of anyone I've taught so far in Russell Springs. So that was sad but there isn't too much we can do about that. Nevertheless, the work goes on. We will find someone here willing to accept the gospel. Training has been pretty fun so far! Elder Toll is doing great and is an awesome person! He will do great on his mission! Love youns!
