Hey Everyone!
This week wasn't much different from every other week. We did help one of the members in the ward here move to Tennessee, so that was fun! There have been many thunderstorms and fireflies here and I've never seen fireflies before and I was so amazed! They were pretty awesome! We had two lessons with Rob this week, the Word of Wisdom and then we watched Joseph Smith Prophet of the Restoration with him, to which he said, "it was okay." He's having a little difficulty with the Word of Wisdom, but hopefully he will understand that it really is what God wants him to do! I've heard this many times before, but this work would be so Much easier if people didn't have agency!
We had a super awesome lesson with a girl named Jessica who had already read 20 chapters of the Book of Mormon when we came over to teach her the first lesson! She said it really stuck with her and that she could feel the peace that comes from reading it! We invited her to church and then she didn't come, but that's normal for missionaries I guess. I wish it wasn't, but oh well! We will be meeting again with her on Saturday! This week is going to be exciting because we aren't going to have a car for most of it because it is going in for repairs! This week will be an adventure! Love you all!
