Hello again everybody!
So this week we have been doing a LOT of biking. On Monday we were coming home and we heard someone yell behind us and we looked back and there was a huge pitbull running after us on our bikes. Luckily I was in front and I don't think we've ever pedaled faster in our lives. I didn't care if I was tired, I wasn't going to get mauled by a dog. This week we had some super amazing lessons!
On Tuesday we went up into the country and taught a woman named Katie who likes to talk a lot, but we eventually got through the Restoration and she committed to be baptized! She's been reading the Book of Mormon and so has her daughter so we are going to try to go back and teach her family! That Night we had a lesson with a woman named Dana and we took an awesome priest named Logan with us. We went in and sat down and the first thing she said was, "I want to be a Mormon. What do I have to do?" We've never had that happen before. So we taught her and she said she wants to turn her life around, so we'll see how it goes with her. Throughout the week we had some more lessons with the Wards just teaching them some of the easier commandments. They were unable to come to church again yesterday because Gerry, the mom, was driving home from work and she fell asleep at the wheel so she just went home and slept instead. On Saturday we had a super awesome and spiritual lesson with Kevin at the church. We gave him a tour of the church and then we started with a prayer and sang "I Believe in Christ." Then we watched The Restoration video and bore testimonies and talked about spiritual experiences of how we came to know the Book of Mormon was true and the spirit was so strong there I almost started to cry. Then he came to church! Even though he was in the choir at his own church! It was awesome! The church is true, the book is blue, and Moroni's always on the ball. I'm so glad I have this opportunity to serve God and show others the way to Christ. It truly is amazing! I love you all!
